About

Alfred R. Yebba is a Senior Executive with over 30 years of real estate development experience in the US and in Puerto Rico. During that time he performed in a variety of roles including development, brokerage, asset management, and leasing with companies such as First Winthrop Corporation, MGI Properties, McCrory Stores and Berenson Associates. While Mr. Yebba was a key member of Berenson Associates’ Management team, he was responsible for the re-positioning of Montehiedra Town Center, and the ground-up development of Plaza Guaynabo, Las Catalinas North Shopping Center, and Freeport Village Station.

In early 2012 Yebba Realty Ventures (YRV) was formed in order to pursue value-add opportunities. Shortly thereafter 535 Lowell Street Peabody LLC and YRS LLC were formed to acquire and redevelop an underutilized neighborhood shopping center. A new 55,000 sq ft strip center, anchored by CVS, is being planned at that location.

In early 2014 YRV conveyed the property located at 245 S. Main Street in Middleton, commonly known as Dailey’s Restaurant, for the purpose of commencing the development of the site into a multi-tenant commercial project.

In 2015, YRV formed a venture with the principals of Berenson Associates. The venture subsequently acquired the Denney Block in Freeport ME. It is anticipated that the property will be expanded by constructing a new infill building thereby increasing the GLA by 35%.

Yebba expects that most of the Company’s future growth will be achieved through ground-up development or the acquisition of properties in need of redevelopment. Accordingly, the Company is actively pursuing opportunities.
