Las Catalinas North is located just off of PR-52 in Caguas, Puerto Rico. The shopping center is shadow anchored by Home Depot. McDonalds and Banco Popular are self managed ground leases. The GLA reflected represents the combination of the Office Depot and Best Buy. Also owned is a +/- 10 acre parcel of land at an opposite corner of the intersection.
