Denney Block Entitlements

January 2015 – YRV has commenced with the entitlement process to construct a new infill building between 56 and 58 Main Street in Freeport Maine. The new building will create modern space, a roof-top restaurant deck, provide elevator access to existing tenant spaces in the adjacent buildings, and seating for a bus-stop that will accommodate the new Portland to Freeport bus line with service scheduled to commence in August 2015.  The current design will accommodate multiple additional nationally known outlet tenants.
