Peabody, MA Fini Real Estate Group, Inc. has completed the sale of 535 Lowell St., a 52,076 s/f neighborhood retail center anchored by CVS and Santander Bank. The center is also well known for the children’s entertainment facility Bonkers.Tom Fini of The Fini Real Estate Group, Inc. represented the seller, SAMGA, Inc. and Dan Corbett, broker represented the buyer, 535 Lowell Street – Peabody, LLC.
“We believe the center is ideal for re-positioning within this market because of its outstanding location and credit tenants,” said Fini. “The buyer plans significant improvements that include creation of PAD sites on Lowell St.
According to Registry records, the property was sold for $5.75 million.
